Caroling for the Village of Lights

Lena – Sunday, November 30 the Village of Lena will be filled with “sound of music”. Caroling will be part of the festivities at the kickoff of Lena’s Village of Lights. St. Anne’s Parish along with anyone who loves to sing is asked to meet at the Lena Village Hall at 5 p.m.  Holiday music will be sung for everyone’s enjoyment. This is just a small part of the evening’s events. A movie and popcorn at the Lena Library starts at 3:30 p.m. Santa plans to make a stop at the Village Hall from 5-7 p.m. so the children can stop in a visit. Local businesses are having specials as part of the Holiday promotion. Santa’s Elves will help the children write letters to Santa at Nadler Auto located at 312 W. Main Street and Santa will stop in to pick them up as before he heads back to the North Pole.  Stop at participating businesses with the Village of Lights game card to get a punch and have a chance to win a $100 gift card to help with your holiday shopping.
